Qualifications:

Current certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) Experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech in an operating room environment Active BLS certification Strong grasp of sterile technique and perioperative procedures Team-focused, adaptable, and dependable High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced situations

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operations Monitor and manage surgical instruments and supplies Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during procedures Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies Communicate effectively with OR staff and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment
