Essential Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent ORT credential Previous experience in an operating room (preferred) Ability to function efficiently in dynamic surgical settings Valid BLS certification Strong communication and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile operating fields Ensure proper handling and availability of surgical instruments and supplies Support surgical teams with case preparation, intraoperative assistance, and post-operative duties Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
