Job Description

BJC HealthCare seeks an experienced Telemetry Nurse to provide continuous cardiac monitoring for diverse adult patients in our St. Louis hospitals. In this role, you will interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize and escalate changes in patient status, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care. You will use advanced telemetry technology and EHR systems, educate patients and families, and support quality and safety initiatives within BJC's mission-driven, research-connected health system.
