GED Full Job Description Overview:
Compensation / Benefits $14.29-$23.34/hr. based on previous work experience $1.10 evening differential $1.25 night differential $1.25 weekend differential Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement We are seeking a detail-oriented Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our care team. In this role, you will provide continuous cardiac rhythm monitoring using telemetry systems, accurately identify and document rhythm changes, and promptly communicate critical findings to nursing and clinical staff. This position plays an essential role in supporting patient safety and high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary Recognizes and identifies appropriate heart rhythms and rhythms changes. Documents rhythm strips. Provides Clerical Support Reports pertinent information to appropriate staff
Qualifications:
Education Must be able to read and write English High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Basic knowledge of computer systems and strong keyboarding skills is preferred Previous health-care experience preferred On the job training will be provided (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure/Certification Must pass Basic Arrhythmia certification test provided by NRHS within 6 weeks of hire Passing grade is 80%
