General Summary:
The Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer:
Operates all ultrasound equipment located in Departments of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Labor and Delivery for the purpose of performing diagnostic exams according to physician orders. Performs obstetric ultrasounds as indicated by physician order.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Successful completion of an approved curriculum in diagnostic ultrasound. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Registration (or Registry-eligible) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in OB/GYN.
Current CPR Certification required.
Maternal Fetal Medicine experience is a must! Fetal echo certification is preferred, but not required.
Shift:
Full-Time (40 hours per week). Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend work is required. Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity employer.
