This position provides the opportunity to sharpen your imaging skills across a variety of clinical settings—adult inpatient, emergency, and outpatient care—at a leading facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology like the Philips EPIQ ultrasound system and robust support resources, including 24/7 department coverage. Expand your clinical knowledge by interacting with diverse patient populations, collaborating with dynamic teams, and learning from leaders who foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm No weekends or on-call requirements Holiday coverage as needed and up to 7 days approved time off
Key Qualifications:
Over 1 year of experience in cardiac/echo imaging (first-time travelers welcome) BLS certification Registered credential (ARDMS-RDCS or
CCI-RCIS
) Graduate of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program preferred Expertise in adult transthoracic echocardiography, contrast studies, Doppler and color flow imaging Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a range of echo studies (4-8 per day) in inpatient, ED, and outpatient settings Utilize Phillips EPIQ ultrasound equipment for optimal imaging results Help precept or support new Echo Techs as needed Interact with physicians and support staff for holistic patient care Document findings using EPIC EMR and PACS (ISCV by Phillips)
