Imaging:
Ultrasound General Registered/certified Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer credentials required Prior experience performing a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound exams Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient-centered care Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations according to physician orders Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper patient documentation Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and answer questions Maintain, clean, and calibrate ultrasound equipment as necessary Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction
