Echo Sonographer - Physician Clinic North Myrtle Beach, SC | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $29.80-$47/Hour A physician clinic in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area is seeking an experienced Echo Sonographer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a cardiac sonographer looking for a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule in an outpatient environment. Position Highlights Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No weekends $29.80-$47/hour Outpatient physician clinic Consistent daytime schedule Collaborative healthcare environment Responsibilities Perform diagnostic echocardiographic examinations according to established protocols. Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout examinations. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment. Accurately document patient information and examination findings. Recognize and document relevant cardiac findings. Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable safety and quality standards. Qualifications RDCS certification required Appropriate South Carolina credentials/licensure as applicable. Previous cardiac sonography experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
