Essential Responsibilities What You'll Do Provide high-quality medical care for companion animals Perform physical exams, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment plans Interpret diagnostic tests and develop appropriate care plans Educate clients on preventive care and treatment options Deliver compassionate guidance through all stages of a pet's life, including end-of-life care Maintain accurate medical records Practice in accordance with veterinary ethics and medical standards Requirements/Qualifications Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited program Active Alabama veterinary license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative, positive, and professional approach to patient care Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with larger patients or equipment as needed Benefits Offered Part-Time Benefits That Support You Competitive Compensation
