Offering a salary of $130,000$180,000, this position is ideal for a veterinarian who wants to remain actively involved in clinical practice while taking the next step into leadership. You'll combine your own medical and surgical caseload with responsibility for mentorship, clinical standards and the continued development of the veterinary team. About the Practice This established companion animal hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care within a collaborative multi-doctor environment. The veterinary team includes Lead and Associate Veterinarians supported by Registered Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants and an experienced hospital management team. Doctors also have access to consultation with board-certified specialists in areas including radiology and cardiology, providing valuable additional expertise when managing more challenging cases.
