Base salary of $120,000-$160,000 plus monthly production bonuses, signing bonus, and a robust benefits package.

Mentorship:

You will never be expected to navigate challenging cases alone. Our three doctors provide individualized support, collaborative case review, and hands-on mentorship to help you succeed.

Schedule:

Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians No on-call or after-hours emergency duty Every third Saturday only (4 hours) Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling
