Join a privately owned small animal clinic nestled in the beautiful foothills of Tennessee, where compassionate care, teamwork, and community come first. Actively seeking a veterinarian willing to relocate to Tennessee.

Veterinarian Benefits and Compensation:
  • Competitive salary starting at $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience

  • Supportive, collaborative, and experienced veterinary team Veterinarian Requirements & Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Active Tennessee veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • Passion for small animal medicine and client education
  • Comfortable performing routine exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-focused clinic environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and staff
  • Interest in practicing high-quality medicine in a community-centered environment
  • Experience utilizing diagnostic tools such as digital radiography, in-house labs, dental equipment, and surgical monitoring systems preferred Veterinarian Preferred Background & Skills
  • Previous experience in small animal general practice
  • Surgical and dental procedure experience
  • Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and continued learning
  • Experience working in a fast-paced but compassionate clinical environment
  • Ability to thrive in a rural community setting with loyal clientele
  • Desire for long-term career growth with a privately owned practice
