At EverPaw, you'll provide compassionate in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care to families across Naperville and Chicago's western suburbs. Meaningful work, without the clinic grind or the burnout. We're a small, founder-led mobile practice building a new standard for end-of-life care, and we're hiring a veterinarian to help shape it from the ground up.

Compensation:

Choose the Schedule That Fits Your Life 5-day (full-time): $160,000. Includes 2 alternating full weekends per month 4-day: $125,000. Includes weekend rotation 3-day: $95,000. Includes 2+ peak days (Mon/Fri/Sat/Sun) Plus bonus opportunities. Our 3-day schedule pays more than many full-time in-home roles.
