As we expand from a single-doctor to a two-doctor practice, we are seeking a part-time or full-time Associate DVM to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who values personalized care, continuity with clients, and the ability to practice high-quality medicine in a welcoming, close-knit environment. For the right candidate, there is also potential for future practice ownership through a buy-in or partnership opportunity. Qualified candidates must be graduates of an accredited veterinary school and hold an active New Jersey veterinary license. Both experienced veterinarians and motivated newer graduates are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Provide high-quality, compassionate medical, surgical, and dental care to patients Build strong relationships with clients through clear, supportive communication Collaborate with a skilled support team and fellow veterinarian in a positive, team-oriented environment Contribute ideas, share cases, and help shape the medical direction of the practice Enjoy autonomy in your medicine with mentorship and collaboration always available Who We're Looking For A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) with an active New Jersey veterinary license A positive, team-oriented doctor who values communication, integrity, and collaboration Someone who enjoys teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge Knowledge and experience in general veterinary medicine and soft tissue surgery Strong communication skills to clearly explain diagnostic and treatment recommendations and support client follow-through The ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of staff Interest in a specific area—surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, rehabilitation, etc.—is a plus Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package based on experience, schedule, and production. Full-time Associate DVM compensation typically ranges from $125,000-$150,000 under a ProSal compensation model, with additional earning potential based on experience and productivity. Hours of Operation & Scheduling Our hospital is open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Full-time schedules are typically around 45 hours per week with rotating weekends.
