Advanced Clinical Growth:
We actively invest in your professional evolution. We currently perform plate-and-screw fracture repairs and are expanding to offer TPLOs by the end of 2026. If you have a passion for cardiology, endoscopy, or another niche, we will gladly fund the equipment and education to help you build it. The Role & Schedule We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled DVM who is comfortable practicing independently, handles a mix of wellness and urgent care appointments, and has at least 3 years of clinical experience . We envision a predictable, high-yield 3-day work week (approximately 32 hours total):
Friday:
12:00 PM•8:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM•8:00
PM Sunday:
8:00 AM•8:00
PM The Ultimate Perk:

Compensation & Exceptional Benefits High Earning Potential:
$130,000•$160,000 base salary (depending on experience) paired with a lucrative 20% production pay structure . Our high demand and efficient staff utilization mean your earning potential is exceptionally high. $20,000 Sign-On Bonus $2,500 "Explore Upstate"
