  • Provide operational leadership across two small-animal hospitals in the Ossining area, building high-performing, client-focused teams
  • Partner closely with veterinarians and department leads to uphold clinical quality, client service, and a culture of accountability
  • Recruit, onboard, and train support staff; manage scheduling, timekeeping, and labor goals
  • Coach teams through regular feedback and performance reviews; resolve employee relations issues; champion safety and compliance
  • Oversee budgeting, P&L insights, purchasing, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
  • Manage inventory controls, billing accuracy, charge capture, daily reconciliation, and local accounting processes
  • Track KPIs, streamline workflows, and implement SOPs to improve consistency across sites
  • Support timely, empathetic client issue resolution and contribute to community outreach and marketing initiatives Requirements
  • License to practice in New York
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of office or operations management, including at least two years of supervisory experience; veterinary or medical setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice-management software
  • Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and planning skills
  • Flexibility to work some weekends or holidays as needed
