Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Part-Time or Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care in a small animal, general practice setting and will work in a supportive environment that truly values teamwork and collaboration. We are currently a 3-doctor practice, located approximately 20 minutes southeast of downtown Columbus. The clinic is equipped with Idexx in-house blood and urine analyzers, digital x-ray, ultrasound and dental x-ray. Responsibilities Carry out thorough medical assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans on patients visiting for wellness care or illness. Provide critical care for animals in emergency situations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Prioritize excellent communication and fostering trusting relationships with clients. Stay informed about advancements in veterinary medicine through education and training. Skills Strong background in small animal medicine in a general practice setting. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members. General surgery and dentistry experience is preferred but not required.
