Location Located in historic North Scituate Village, Scituate sits on the Scituate Reservoir and is conveniently located 20 minutes from Providence, RI. Practice Overview Scituate Animal Hospital is a full-service, small animal hospital. We have been living out our motto of being "Your other family doctor" in our rural community since 1969. We are committed to providing top-notch preventative, wellness, and general surgical care to each patient we treat. In 2017, we renovated our hospital to not only expand our space but to update our equipment to be best on the market too. What You'll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Rhode Island
Two years of experience is preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
Proficient in preventative health strategies and general surgery techniques is a PLUS!
Demonstrated passion for the profession with a desire to grow those around you
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
