Forge RX and Back 30 Athletics are looking for an entrepreneurial golf professional to build and lead our Golf Performance Division. This is not a position where you'll simply teach golf lessons. We're looking for someone who wants to build one of Georgia's most unique golf performance programs by combining golf instruction, fitness, recovery, retreats, community events, and online coaching. You'll have the opportunity to create a business under the Forge and Back 30 Athletics brands while helping golfers improve their game, move better, recover better, and build lasting relationships. Your Mission Build and lead the Back 30 Golf Club. Develop a complete golf program including: Private Lessons Group Lessons Junior Golf Academy Women's Golf Programs Corporate Golf Programs Golf Fitness Golf Mobility Golf Recovery Indoor Golf Simulator Programming Outdoor Clinics Retreats Community Events Online Golf Coaching ResponsibilitiesGolf Instruction Private lessons Small group lessons Junior instruction Adult instruction Beginner programs Advanced player development Golf Performance Work alongside the Forge RX team to build: Golf Strength Programs Mobility Programs Swing Speed Training Injury Prevention Golf Fitness Assessments Performance Testing Recovery Collaborate with our recovery team by integrating: Massage Therapy Stretch Therapy Sauna Red Light Therapy Compression Therapy Recovery Memberships Events Develop and manage: Weekly Golf Leagues Coffee & Golf Mornings Closest-to-the-Pin Competitions Long Drive Competitions Simulator Tournaments Corporate Golf Nights Couples Golf Events Junior Golf Camps Charity Golf Events Networking Events Masters Watch Parties Ryder Cup Events Back 30 Athletics Create experiences at our retreat property including:
