Job Description

We're looking to connect with a Teaching Professional who is interested in growing their instruction business in a high-quality, tech-enabled environment. Our goal is to provide the setting, tools, and support to help the right instructor build something meaningful—both for their clients and for their own long-term growth. This is not a traditional range-based role. The Back Nine offers a clean, private, and professional teaching environment where instructors can focus on delivering great instruction and building strong relationships with players. We understand that every instructor approaches their business differently. Our goal is to create an environment where you can teach the way you prefer, build relationships with players, and grow at a pace that makes sense for you. If you're curious about a more modern, flexible, and professional teaching setup, we'd genuinely enjoy the opportunity to connect and share more. For instructors interested in expanding their role, there is a natural path to take on additional leadership within instruction programming as the facility continues to grow.
