This position requires:

Thorough knowledge of the general business administration practices and professional golf operations, practices, and procedures Prior retail experience is a plus Must have evening, weekend, and holiday availability Manage tee sheet, collecting payments, and selling merchandise while providing customers exceptional customer service Assists all players and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring that every step of their golf experience at the golf course is as enjoyable as possible Assists in all aspects of management of employees, including training, inventory, golf shop operations, standard company procedures, as well as staffing recommendations Assist Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professional with labor management by planning for and scheduling labor to include golf shop and outside golf staff as needed Oversee outside golf operations, ensuring the control of membership and guest services. Complete special projects as needed Must be able to work weekends and holidays Part Time Seasonal with opportunity for work continuing into Fall & Winter.

$12.00 - $15.70 per hour
