Job Description
Join Our Evening Baking Team - Edgar's Bakery, Pelham (3PM-11PM) Edgar's Bakery is looking for a dependable, motivated baker to join the evening production team at our Pelham commissary. Our 3PM-11PM crew carries production through the back half of the day - baking off, finishing, and getting product boxed and ready to ship to our stores. If you take pride in doing good work and want a role where your effort actually shows, this is it. Schedule Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This is a full-time, weekday evening position. Your Day-to-Day Turn out cake layers and remove fresh-baked items from the pans as they leave the oven. Accurately wrap, label, and box finished product for delivery to our store locations. Safely operate and watch over production equipment to keep the line running. Handle dishwashing, product staging, and keep your area clean, tidy, and food-safe. Maintain a strong, steady pace during busy stretches without cutting corners on quality. Verify that everything you send out looks right and was prepared the right way. Physical Requirements Expect to be on your feet for most of your shift, with plenty of bending, reaching, and repetitive movement. You'll need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and stay productive in a warm kitchen environment. The Right Fit We're looking for people who are punctual and stay busy all shift long.
