• diverse knowledge in variety of baked goods Culinary or baking education a plus/ portfolio a plus Familiar with professional baking equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Able to adapt with growth of business, ability to adapt with change Producing high quality and consistent products Gluten Free and Vegan knowledge a must Experience with making sweet breads, muffins, scones, brownies, sweet bars, cinnamon rolls, cup cakes, cakes, pies, danish, & cookies Experience in some decorating techniques including, glaze, icing, frosting, whipped cream, & buttercream Management, Communication and Interpersonal Skill Creative, artistic, and open with communication to management Organized and capable of managing time•weekly planning, daily planning, shift planning Capable portioning, wrapping and labeling baked goods Help Manage stock inventory, and request specialty items Problem solving Ability to work independently, in small groups, capable of training, can take instruction, lead team, and open to learning
