Paid Training Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the espresso machine and other café equipment efficiently while ensuring quality control. Serve and/or package bakery items for customers Operate and handle financial transactions accurately using cash register or Square POS system Maintain a clean and organized work area Stock shelves and merchandise products Clear and wipe down tables in seating area as necessary Assist with inventory management and restocking Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Prior experience in a food, customer service, retail, or barista role is preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Great communication and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Ability to stand for long periods Must be 16 years or older to be employed Legally eligible to work in the United States Must have some availability Tuesday through Friday between 8am and 5pm How to apply: Apply through Indeed.
