Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality. Ensure all baked goods meet food safety standards throughout the preparation process. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredient supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with team members to create new recipes and improve existing ones. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Minimum 1 year. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and various baking tools. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
