Responsibilities Serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate POS systems Assist customers with selections, upselling additional items like toppings or specialty desserts to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the scooping station, utensils, and seating areas in accordance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with accuracy and integrity. Restock supplies regularly, including ice cream containers, cones, napkins, and utensils to ensure smooth operations. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about flavors, ingredients, and allergy information while creating a lively atmosphere. Requirements Reliable transportation Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending or lifting supplies.
