• Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros. Handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards while preparing and serving food. Assist in food preparation and baking as needed, ensuring quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth workflow and address guest needs. Manage cash register operations and process payments efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Experience in food preparation and baking is a plus Familiarity with fine dining service standards and sanitation protocols
