Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production of artisan breads including focaccia, baguettes, and rustic sourdough Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts such as: Cakes Custards Cheesecakes Brownies Muffins Cookies Eclairs Tarts Produce laminated dough for croissants and danishes Follow recipes and production schedules accurately Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation Manage time efficiently to meet daily baking deadlines Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Assist with prep, setup, and breakdown as needed

Requirements:

Sourdough experience Laminated dough is an asset Strong baking fundamentals and pastry knowledge (2+ years) Decorating skills Detail-oriented with consistent work habits Good time management and ability to work independently Reliable and able to work a full-time schedule Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed

Schedule:

Full-time/ 40 hour week.
