Complete daily bread production accurately and on schedule. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work with the bakery team to ensure production goals are met. Help create an exceptional experience for our guests through quality products. Qualifications 1-3 years of bread baking or similar production experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Able to multitask and adapt to changing production needs. Willingness to learn and maintain high quality standards.
