Duties Decorate cakes and baked goods with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Prepare a variety of baked items including pastries, doughs, and other baked goods following established recipes Package baked products securely for sale or catering orders, ensuring freshness and quality Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about ingredients or customization options, and provide friendly service Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and pastry tools safely and efficiently during food preparation Support food production processes in high-volume settings while maintaining consistency and quality across all items Experience Prior experience in food handling, baking, or pastry preparation is highly preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, dough preparation, and pastry artistry Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Experience working in the food industry or catering environments is advantageous This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to showcase their baking talents while delivering outstanding service.
