We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We have a few select holidays when we are closed. Responsibilities Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Operate commercial ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Decorate and present ice cream desserts with appealing cake decorating techniques and garnishes Package finished products carefully for retail display or take-out orders, maintaining food safety standards Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene regulations Support food preparation tasks such as mixing ingredients, measuring portions, and maintaining ingredient inventory Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service during peak hours Experience Previous experience in food production, pastry arts, or culinary roles within the food industry is highly desirable Hands-on experience with cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking or catering environments are a plus Restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of packaging methods suitable for retail or wholesale distribution of frozen desserts Passion for creating innovative desserts with attention to detail and quality standards Experience is also not required

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
