About us Cafe Della is a small business in Hailey, ID. We are professional, supportive, engaging and our goal is to serve delicious food to our customers in a welcoming environment. Our kitchen is fast-paced and friendly.. Cafe Della is looking for a Baking Assistant to join our team in Hailey, ID!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake, cookies, muffins, brownies, scones, and other tasty treats. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including but not limited to clearing the prep area and sanitizing workstations. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:

Ability to follow instructions while remaining productive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Open to feedback. Qualifications Must have prior baking experience.
