Nothing Bundt Cakes in Kildeer, IL is looking for friendly and energetic people to join our Heart of the House kitchen team. We also cross train for our guest facing Joy Creator position. The Froster /Bake Assist is responsible for making the Nothing Bundt Cakes signature frosting and applying the signature frosting to a full range of products for walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. The person must maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes. The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders. Ensure the retail cases are stocked. Maintain par levels of cakes, assorted Bundtini packs. Make frosting to ensure appropriate par levels are maintained. Dishwashing responsibilities. Keep frosting area, tables, machinery and tool bins clean and sanitized to local codes. Maintain and track frosting supply inventory. Abide by all NbC policies and procedures. Uphold and demonstrate behaviors consistent with the NbC image and brand.

Job Requirements:

Possess strong sense of teamwork. Previous work experience frosting is a plus. We train on the NbC technique. Frosting experience at home with a pastry bag and a passion for the business a must! Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong physical stamina Ability to take direction and follow instructions. Consistently demonstrate a strong sense of ethics and integrity. Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail. Genuine care and desire to meet others' needs. Ability to work with a sense of urgency. Ability to work under pressure, effectively.
