Their job is to facilitate a fun and exciting environment for every customer. The associate does a wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ringing up customers. The Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment and must be able to quickly prioritize and switch tasks to meet company needs. Duties

• Serve customers and create an exciting experience
• Operate a register and ensure accountability of money
• Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating
• Operate an oven and bake ingredients within standard constraints
• Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates
• Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas
• Perform other duties as required Qualifications
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• Retail and food service experience is a plus
• Cake decorating experience is a plus

Pay:

$10.00 - $11.00 per hour
