Quebrada has been a family run business, serving coffee and fresh baked foods to the towns of Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, and Wellesley, for almost 50 years. We are looking for a hospitality driven professional to work with and provide support to the manager and help oversee the front of house operations and staff in our Belmont location. This person will work closely with the front of house staff and the manager to provide exceptional service while also tackling the everyday challenges of a robust café. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys working as part of a team and has a flexible schedule (bakery/café experience is a bonus!) This position requires roughly 35 hours per week, with more during holiday weeks. We are ideally looking for someone available Sunday through Thursday for a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.
