We are hiring a trainable, hands‑on baker to support daily sourdough production. Commercial kitchen or bakery experience is preferred , but we will fully train you on our specific dough processes . Responsibilities Mix sourdough dough following established formulas Perform stretch‑and‑folds during bulk fermentation Shape dough and prepare for cold retard Make focaccia dough , monitor early rise, and refrigerate Process English muffin dough : weigh, roll, proof, and bake Maintain a clean, organized workspace Follow food‑safety and sanitation standards Requirements Commercial kitchen or bakery experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, self-directed and able to follow routine Must be able to work during one of the following time blocks 4 days/week (Monday
