Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and motivated Bakery Help to join our farm's bakery team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of supporting daily bakery operations. If you enjoy working in a kitchen, have a keen eye for detail, and love being part of a busy kitchen environment, this could be the perfect fit for you! Duties Support food production processes, including packaging baked items. Help with washing dishes and keeping all areas in kitchen tidy. packaging baked products for retail sale or distribution. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all kitchen equipment and tools are sanitized and properly stored. Operate basic kitchen equipment safely, including juicer, mixer. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality standards and safe handling. Contribute to high-volume production needs during busy periods while adhering to recipe accuracy. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately. Knowledge of food handling safety practices and maintaining a clean workspace. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail in cleanliness. Good communication skills to work effectively with team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about food industry standards and culinary techniques.
