Starting at $18.00/hour About the Role Our Baskin-Robbins location in Norfolk, MA is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Cake Decorator to join our team. You'll be responsible for decorating ice cream cakes to order, ensuring every cake meets our quality and presentation standards while providing a fun, memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Decorate ice cream cakes according to customer orders and Baskin-Robbins standards Prepare custom cake designs for special orders (birthdays, holidays, celebrations) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cake decorating station Manage cake inventory and communicate supply needs to management Assist with taking and confirming custom cake orders Ensure cakes are completed accurately and on time for pickup Follow all food safety and handling guidelines Support general store operations and customer service as needed Qualifications Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred, but not required — training provided Steady hands and an eye for detail and design Ability to work efficiently under time constraints, especially during peak seasons (holidays, summer) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must be able to work in a freezer/cold environment for short periods Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Starting pay: $18.00/hour Employee discounts on ice cream and cakes Flexible scheduling A fun, fast-paced team environment Opportunities for growth within the store

REQUIREMENTS
