Duties Assist in preparing baked goods, including dough preparation, cake decorating, and pastry assembly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support high-volume production Package baked items accurately to maintain quality and presentation standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines Support food handling procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations Greet customers warmly, take orders, process transactions accurately at the cashier station, and provide excellent customer service Restock display cases and assist with food presentation to ensure an appealing storefront environment Requirements Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of cake decorating, dough preparation, and baking techniques is a plus Strong attention to detail for recipe adherence and quality control of baked goods Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace and following food safety practices diligently Experience in high-volume food production or catering environments is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry by joining our team!
