In this role, you will pull various products from our freezer and prep items such as danish, pastries, cookies, turnovers. Etc. This is a part time position for mon-wed. With more hours being available during the holiday season. If you don't mind being in a freezer at times and dislike a slow day of watching the clock tick by come see us at the Rush City Bakery!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pull and Prepare products from the freezer. Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas Bake a variety of cookies, danish, pastries, turnovers, coffee cakes etc. Help out with other production duties if you finish early. Prepare custom orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Team player Available for early morning shifts
