Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items according to guest requests and company standards Create custom designs using icing, fondant, and other decorative elements Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and visual presentation standards Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times Consult with guests to understand design needs, themes, and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and decorating area Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and order deadlines Assist with baking, filling, and preparing products as needed Monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and communicate needs to leadership Stay informed on bakery promotions and seasonal offerings to support sales Work collaboratively with bakery team members and store leadership Support additional bakery or store operations as needed Remain productive during slower periods by preparing materials, practicing designs, or supporting team tasks Other job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Required:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
