We take pride in making high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch while creating a welcoming experience for our customers. If you enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and love the smell of fresh-baked goods, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and bake pastries, cookies, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and quality standards. Measure and mix ingredients accurately. Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, creams, frostings, and other components. Operate and maintain ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment. Decorate and finish pastries and baked goods with attention to presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Monitor product quality and consistency. Assist with daily bakery preparation, production, and cleanup. Help with inventory and proper storage of ingredients when needed. Work efficiently while maintaining high standards during busy production periods. Qualifications 1 year of baking or pastry experience required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow recipes and production instructions. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to approximately 50 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team. Early-morning, weekend and holiday availability required.
