Description:

The Bakery Supervisor is a hybrid leadership role that merges the creative mastery of a Pastry Chef, the technical skills of a Lead Baker, and the business acumen of a Bakery Manager. Responsible for a 24/7 high-volume casino environment, this role oversees the production of everything from artisanal retail breads and grocery-style bulk baked goods to upscale restaurant desserts and banquet pastries. The ideal candidate balances hands-on baking with strict operational management, handling P&L oversight, labor scheduling, waste mitigation, and inventory control.

Requirements:

1-yr, previous baking experience preferred. Must possess attention to detail in order to produce high quality and consistent product. Must be able to read and cost recipes. Team player, Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English.
