We are seeking an experienced Master Baker / Executive Fondant Cake Designer to join our established and growing bakery. This is a senior-level position for a highly experienced bakery professional who can oversee custom cake production while also bringing strong overall knowledge of bakery kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in custom fondant cakes, specialty cake production, decorating, and working efficiently in a very busy professional bakery environment. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of professional bakery experience Expert-level experience with fondant and custom cake design Strong cake decorating, finishing, sculpting, and presentation skills Extensive knowledge of bakery production and kitchen operations Ability to produce consistently high-quality work in a very busy, high-volume environment Strong understanding of baking techniques, recipes, production schedules, organization, and quality control Ability to manage multiple custom orders and deadlines Excellent attention to detail Clean, organized, dependable, and professional Ability to work well with and help lead a professional bakery team Experience with high-end and large-scale custom cakes is strongly preferred What We Offer Exceptional pay for the right candidate - compensation based on experience and skill level Full-time, long-term position Established and growing bakery Professional and organized working environment High volume of custom cake and bakery production Opportunity to take a leading role within our bakery kitchen Stable position with room for growth We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and understands the standards, organization, and pace required in a successful high-volume bakery.
