Responsibilities Accurately read and follow Crumbl Cookie recipes and procedures Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment Decorate and display finished products to brand standards Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and presentation guidelines Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, making recommendations, processing orders, and handling payments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Assist with restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments preferred Experience handling cash and operating POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar) Strong customer service and communication skills, with an emphasis on sales and upselling Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory support Join us at Crumbl Cookies in Vestal for an engaging role where your enthusiasm for food and customer service can shine!
