Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to sanitation standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Support team members in various tasks such as bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products served. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
