• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, wedding cakes and cookies
• Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet high quality standards
• Pastry/Cake/Fondant/Royal Icing Decorating Must Have
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Work with clients and help design custom cakes
• Need to be a people person and get along with others
• Reliable transportation is necessary
• Safe Serve Certification Food Handlers will be required in the first 90 days ```Skills```
• Experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or pastry shop
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and decorating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• 3-4 Years of Professional Baking Experience Required
