Job Description
Baker (NE Portland)Fleur de Lis is an established, neighborhood artisan bakery cafe in NE Portland. We are looking for a strong, positive, energetic baker with a great work ethic and a passion for baking quality breads and viennoiserie to join our bakery. 2 years minimum experience required. This position will be part time until successfully, fully trained. Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Baking experience working with mixing, shaping, baking, some experience with viennoiserie and laminating very helpfulGeneral knowledge of bakery ingredients and their functionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsExperience in a fast moving bake shopStrong organizational skills and good work habitsPunctuality, professional appearance and dedication to our professionAbility to work well with other employeesEnthusiasm for and knowledge about bakingDedication to keeping workspace clean and efficientThe position will begin part time and will be full time upon successful completion of training. Our start time is promptly at 12AM.Wage is dependent of experience. We offer medical insurance to full time employeesPlease reply with resume and references. We look forward to hearing from you!
