Job Description

Note (required): Loom video (2-3 min) Share a Loom introducing who you are , your baking experience (home baking is okay) , and your working/collaboration style . Include the Loom link at the top of your reply. Role High-volume baking for wholesale and retail . Onsite, full-time.

Shift:

4:00 AM-12:00 PM, Mon-Fri . What you'll do Scale, mix, ferment, shape, proof, bake to spec . Operate mixers, divide and proof, operate convection ovens.

Wholesale:

portion, cool, label, pack, stage for delivery. Must-haves Prior baking experience (high volume preferred). Valid Food Handler's Card . Reliable for 4 AM starts; accuracy, speed, consistent quality. Strong dough/fermentation and scaling fundamentals. Nice to have Valid Food Handler's Card Apply (quick bullets welcome) Loom link detailing: Years of baking experience and what products you've baked ( what types and typical volume) .
