In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality subs, sandwiches, and dinners, ensuring each product meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Duties Prepare and assemble subs, sandwiches, dinners, and other confections following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, grills, and fryers efficiently and safely Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, portioning, and ingredient preparation to support production goals Follow food safety management protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contaminationRequirements Proven experience in food production and preparation within a high-volume setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques related to subs and dinners. Knowledge of food safety practices, handling procedures, and kitchen equipment operation Ability to adhere strictly to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Excellent attention to detail combined with efficient time management skills Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward team collaboration Prior food industry experience is mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential !!!
